No Experience Required is a factual reality show that gives people a once-in-a-lifetime chance to compete for their dream job. Some of Ireland’s top companies open their doors, each one offering actual jobs to real candidates with absolutely no experience. Each self-contained, one-hour programme follows the full recruitment process for each job.
Applicants are whittled down from literally thousands of hopefuls to just six for each position. They are then grilled by some of Ireland’s toughest bosses and three are chosen to battle it during a two-week work experience placement. One lucky winner will be transformed from inexperienced rookie into a professional with potential – as they land a six-month contract with the company and that all-important ‘foot in the door’.

The distributor, RDF, owns the International rights (excluding the US) to the series. Transport Entertainment has acquired the US rights to the series.
